Return & Exchange
You can return your order within 14 days after you have received your invoice. If you want to return or exchange please fill in the return form and email this to firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving your email with your return request we will send you further instructions by email.
Rosmolino will accept jewellery purchased from our website for return or exchange under the following conditions:
Returned in original packaging & original condition.
Worn earrings may not be returned due to hygiene.
Sale items may not be returned.
Return costs are for your own account.

Please recycle and use the same shipping box (if possible)
Send your package within 14 days to us (we recommend insured with Track & Trace)
Once the return is accepted, you will receive a return confirmation by email
Refunds will be paid back on same bank account within 14 days
Please send the return form to: firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the process. Upon approval, an email with return instructions will be sent. Once we have received your returned item and we have approved its return, a refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used. Gift-card purchases are eligible for a non-refundable merchandise credit. You have 14 days to send us the return form and after receiving our confirmation you have another 14 days to return the package.
Return shipments take place at the risk of the buyer. In case a return shipment goes missing, you must be able to provide a shipment receipt. Unidentifiable return shipments cannot be processed.
Items returned without pre-approval will not be refunded and will be returned to sender at sender's expense. Most returns/exchanges are processed within 14 days of receipt. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed. You are responsible of your return delivery and return cost. We advise you to send your return package with a forwarder that gives you a receipt of your package handover for track & trace.
If your original order value was above €50,- / €150,- / €200,- shipping cost was free of charge (depending on your country). Your right of free delivery will be withdrawn if your final order value after returning the jewellery item(s) became lower than €50,- / €150,- / €200,- (depending on your country). Note that in this case we will reduce the delivery cost from your final refund.
Rosmolino reserves the right to refuse returned products if it appears that they are worn or have not been returned within the stipulated deadline.
If you would like to exchange your jewellery item please follow the above return procedure and mention in your email which article you would like to exchange. Follow the return procedure by sending the jewellery item back to us and order the right item on our webshop. Just follow the same order procedure as before and we will send you the right jewellery item as soon as we can. Once we received your returned jewellery item we will confirm and refund you the same amount. If the jewellery item is not in our stock please send us an email and we will deliver the item as soon as it is back in our webshop.
