..What is the estimated delivery time for international orders?

All orders placed before 3pm (GMT +1) will be shipped on the same day. The delivery time depends on the country you want it shipped to. Within The Netherlands you will receive the package within 1-2 working days. Our delivery courier PostNL will not deliver on Sunday and Monday. Other European countries within 2-3 working days and International will take approx. 4-5 working days. If you haven’t received your package after that period you can contact us.

..I’m in love with something that is out of stock?

You can send us an email with the item you would like to order. We will reserve the item for you and deliver it as soon as it is back in our shop.

..What is the material of the earrings?

All earrings are made of high-quality Italian sterling silver. All our earrings have a solid 925 sterling silver base and an anti-tarnish layer which gives longer durability and shininess to the earring. Our gold plated earrings have a real sterling silver base and a layer of 18 karat gold. Some of our earrings are filled with real white Cubic Zirconia stones. All earrings are light in weight and nickel & lead free (skin friendly).

...What is Gold plated?

Gold plated earrings are made of real 925 sterling silver and have a layer of real 18 karat gold. All gold plated earrings are nickel & lead free, so allergy friendly. All our gold plated earrings are of high quality and will keep its beautiful golden shine. 

..I placed an order, but I have not received a confirmation e-mail?

Please check your spam folder. The e-mail might have been marked as spam by your e-mail provider. If the confirmation e-mail cannot be found in your spam folder, please contact us by sending an email to info@rosmolino.com with the name, address and e-mail address you used in order to place your order.

..I entered the wrong shipping address by mistake, what can I do?

In case you entered the wrong address you can change it until you received a shipping confirmation. You can contact our customer service via info@rosmolino.com with the change of address. In case your order is shipped already to the wrong address, you are responsible for it. In case anything goes wrong with the shipment of an order due to an error in the delivery address made by the buyer, we cannot be held responsible for the (partial) loss of the shipment.
